Sarsaparilla Cordial
A delicious, woody tasting cordial.
We’re really proud of our Sarsaparilla cordial, as Mr Fitzpatrick’s was another winner of the “Best tasting award” in 2005 for our mixture. Sarsaparilla is an all time classic drink from 18th and 19th centuries and perfect for those wanting a taste of history.
Many compare this cordial with Root Beer; however, Sarsaparilla is milder and less medicinal tasting than root beer. It’s been known to be a great detoxifying drink and leaves your system feeling cleansed. We recommend mixing your cordial with still water and can be extra delicious served hot to warm you up, but then served cold is very refreshing.
