Cream Soda is another timeless classic that was particularly popular with the temperance youths in the 1920s and 30’s. Our Cream Soda contains vanilla which is said to help calm the nerves and restore a sense of tranquillity.
At the Mr Fitzpatricks Bar we serve this with a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream and add sparkling water.
We would certainly recommend you try this at home too.
Our cordials can be diluted with still, sparkling or soda water. Our recommendation is to dilute with sparkling water.

Vanilla – etymologically speaking comes from the Spanish word ’Vainilla or ‘little pod’ and is the second most expensive spice after Saffron, nevertheless it is highly valued for its flavour. Vanilla is believed to have been introduced to Europeans by the Spanish conquistador Herman Cortes.
