Cordial & Soft Drink Recipes

Get creative with Mr Fitzpatrick’s cordials and create your own wonderful recipes, just like we do in our Temperance bar.

Here’s a few ideas to get you started – try each one and we’re sure you’ll be inspired to start coming up with your own concoctions.

1. Smooth vanilla ice cream float
   1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
   Mr Fitzpatrck’s Cream Soda cordial, dilute to taste with sparkling water.
   1 tablespoon of fresh blueberries.
2. Icy spicy ice cream float
   1 scoop of lemon sorbet
   Mr Fitzpatrck’s Lemon & Ginger cordial, dilute to taste with sparkling water.
3. Creamy chocolate ice cream float
   1 scoop of Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream
   Mr Fitzpatrck’s Sarsaparilla or Dandelion & Burdock cordial, dilute to taste
   Chocolate pouring sauce
   1 small crushed flake.
