Cordial & Soft Drink FAQs

  1. How do I mix the cordial?
Dilute the cordial with a ratio of 1 part cordial to 4 parts water (or to taste), with the exception of Black Beer & Raisin which is half cordial & half water.

We do, however, have Fitzpatrick’s customers who enjoy Black Beer & Raisin undiluted.
  2. What do I mix the cordial with?
Our cordials are generally mixed with sparkling spring water but can also be mixed with still water for those who prefer a non-fizzy drink.

Alternatively try hot water which is great on a cold winter’s day.

That’s the beauty of Fitzpatrick’s cordial drinks – you can enjoy them your own way.
  3. How much will a 500ml bottle of cordial provide?
Generally a 500ml bottle will dilute to make around 2 Litres of liquid, this of course dependant on the way you like to mix your own.
